Brief History

Established in 1976, CKT Rubber has been enjoying in remarkable reputation among all computer and electronic industries all over the world. To achieve out goals, we invested both facilities and plants in Taiwan and China to guarantee our customers for high quality products and the most competitive price. We are able to design and manufacture complete sets of molded custom rubber and plastic products aim to supply good products and save your cost. We pay utmost attention to details and most of our current customers have been with us for at least thirty! We constantly work with our customers to try and reduce costs.

We specialize in manufacturing all kinds of molded rubber parts, cilicone keypads, grommets, gasket, o-rings, oil seals, packing , isolation mounts, shock absorber rubber, to metal/plastic bonding, metal to plastic bonded, bushes with steel, roller, shaft, metal parts, membrane keyboards with PC film keypads and metal domes, membrane switch, flexible printed circuists (FPC) and injected plastic parts.

1996: ULT-1154 Aproved.
1997: CKT Mainland China Facility Dong Guan was established.
1997: ISO 9002 Certified.
2001: CKT Mainland China facility Su Zhou was established.
2002: CKT Taiwan was certified ISO 9001.
2003: CKT Dong Guan was certified ISO9001:2000.
2003: CKT Su Zhou was certified ISO9001:2000.
2006: CKT Taiwan was certified ISO9001:2000.
2007: CKT Don Guan has been certified ISO/TS 16949:2002.
2007: CKT Su Zhou has been certified ISO/TS 16949:2002.
2008: CKT Taiwan has been relay out facility & re-organization.

We develop 1000 new items every year, so you can have regular updates on your product. We have stron R&D department and CAD computerized system and make customized products for our customers.

Tooling & compund & Production Dept.

The organization of CKT Rubber divided into CNC tooling mill, material mixing mill and molding factories. We can create and produce custom tooling for fast response to prototype needs. We are confident that our dedicated team can add value to your products. We fabricate rubber and plastic tooling, mixing rubber compound in house, rubber moldling, film forming, plastic key treatment, assembly technique, printing and coating know-how combined with the continual effort of our R&D engineers.
